I loved staying at this hotel as it was situated on a quiet street near the Royal Palace and within easy walking distance to many restaurants. The hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained, including the pool. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful with transportation arrangements. Additionally, the hotel was located in a very safe area.
Nothing is perfect.

This hidden gem is perfect for travelers who want to be close to all the city attractions. It’s within walking distance to museums and the riverside, separated from the busy street by a partial wall. Rooms are well, equipped with comfortable beds, spotlessly clean bathrooms, and great service. Breakfast is delicious, made, to, order, and served poolside. Free movies, DVDs, and pool access add to the comfort. Friendly tuk, tuk drivers wait at the entry so you can discover all the city has to offer.
Street noise can be distracting at times.

Room was airy and clean, bathroom was lovely (+ toiletries), great shower. Air-con excellent. Pool was small but perfect to cool down after a day sightseeing. Right next to the Royal Palace/Silver Pagoda, 10 min walk to the river, 10 min walk to Cambodia Cooking Class. Relatively quiet area, even though bars directly opposite the noise didn't travel. Evening food at the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was made to order - basic but enough. iPad in reception was great. Staff were lovely, particularly the girl behind the bar. A nice sanctuary from the bustle of PP! Let me leave my luggage for the day after checking out.
No hot water on first night/morning - when I reported it to reception, they said if I had electricity, the hot water would work fine. I eventually worked out that there's a unit under the sink - some kindly soul had turned it to zero, which is why there was no hot water! Turned it up, and it worked perfectly, instantly. Would have been more helpful if the staff had just told me that! :) Overall though, a great place, and I would recommend it to those wanting the feeling of a "decent" hotel, without paying silly money.

Staff were excellent. They hepled us to arrange bus tickest to Saigon and arranged a free pick up from the hotel at 6am. They were also very helpful in organising an execellent tuk-tuk driver to take us around the S21 prison and killing fields. They set up breakfast for us very early on the day we left as we were vacating before they started their breakfast but cooked us fresh food with no complaints. The manager was also very happy to talk at length about the history of the country and gave us a great insight into the genocide and the political situation at present. Facilities were very good - rooms were large and very clean - location is excellent just a short walk to the riverfront. Very good value for money hotel.

Eureka Villas has a great casual and welcoming atmosphere unlike other places that are very impersonal. Very close to the main attracions in town (all walking distance) and the staff set us up with a great Tuk Tuk driver for the further away destinations. They also organised us a car to Siem Reap which was fast and comfortable. Thank you Paul and co. Highly Reccomended

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, just behind the national palace and close to all the main sites. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities I could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony. It was so comfortable, I felt like I was in my own little oasis. The dining options were great too, with a restaurant and a bar/lounge area to choose from. the service and quality of this place exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.
